Ludeon Studios just released RimWorld - Anomaly, a huge new expansion to the colony-building sim filled with all sorts of crazy looking horrors.
This is a proper horror expansion too with you needing to survive flesh infestations, cultist attacks, shambling undead, blood rains, invisible hunters, and other sanity-shredding perils. You'll get to capture and study entities to harness the power of the void, conduct psychic rituals and awaken an evil machine god. Although, that does not sound like a good idea really does it? Inspired by classics including Cabin in the Woods, The Thing, The Cthulhu mythos, Hellraiser, and many more the developer said.

A big free update version 1.5 was also released bringing with it a lot including books and bookcases, wall lamps, flood lights, hidden conduits, couches, ornate doors, Mechanoids can now emerge from bodies of water to attack your colony, when downed, humans still capable of manipulation can now crawl on the ground instead of being fully incapacitated, and a fun new option to restart your game after game over to have new colonist inhabit your colony remains. Plus so much more.
