As someone who really enjoyed the first Life is Strange, this is exciting to me! Life is Strange: Double Exposure returns to Caledon University with Max Caulfield taking centre stage once again.

I just lost all interest myself.
I think that this is why they don't mention her at all. By not doing so they don't have to tackle that question. For those who chose to have her die she is dead. For those who chose to save her they can assume the friendhsip ended or any other excuse. It's a copout but not shocking. The first one wasn't "gay af" so why would the sequel have to be ?

There is still the question how Max's rewind powers would still work if she let Chloe die in the end. If I remember correctly, Chloe's "spirit" (symbolized by the butterfly) was what granted her the power in the first place. Once Max got back in time and chose not to save Chloe, everything you ever did in the game got erased from history, and the rewind power should, at least in theory, have died with Chloem no?

The events of the original LiS made more emotional impact than those of all sequels. It had the best story arc and cast. Really hope Double Exposure can live up to the original.

Oh very nice, I will certainly keep this in mind. I could relate much better with her character than with Chloe from the Prequel (or Sequel, don’t remember). So much that I’m embarrassed to say that I only finished the first game in the series.
