Forward To The Sky, A Fantasy Platformer Coming To Linux

This weekend I decided to do what I haven't done in a long time.... explore Steam Greenlight!

One game that caught my attention more than the others was Forward to the Sky.

With beautiful anime-like visuals which reminds me of many Nintendo DS adventure and RPG games such as Final Fantasy and The Legend of Zelda, this one is clearly already more polished than most games that we usually see on Greenlight. It also seems to be a fun little game with a mixture of platform, exploration, puzzles and combat.

The game is set to be released early at the next year.

Check out their Greenlight or IndieDB page for more information on the title.

This game was on Indiegogo back in May but didn't manage to reach its modest $3k goal. I'm surprised the devs didn't put it on Greenlight earlier.

That looks gorgeous! Will definitely pick it up at launch. (Provided it's available for Linux day one of course.)
