[FIXED] Bad timestamps throughout the site

After last night's Daylight Saving Time change, every timestamp on GOL seems off by 1 hour. E.g. after posting a comment, or a forum post, or a PM, the message is shown to have been posted -3599 seconds ago.

Also, I think this may be messing with the sales expiry dates too.

Maybe the server hasn't automatically changed the time?

It shouldn't affect the sales page at all as I don't think any of the timezone shifting is on the sales page FYI.
