Good news AMD users, BioShock Infinite has been patched to hopefully fix some lock-ups you have been getting.
The release announcement on Virtual Programming's github was short and to the point:
Quote8 July 2015 09:28 BST - New version available, Steam BuildID 655022
This build should address the lockups that were mostly being seen on AMD processors.
I've actually had lock-ups on Intel, so maybe this will ease them for me as well.
Check out BioShock Infinite on Steam.
Some you may have missed, popular articles from the last month:
Bioshock: Infinite for me has run without problems, apart from the fact that saves don't sync using Steam Cloud! More than annoying.

Great! I bought it when the Linux version was first released, but only played a little over 3 hours of it because of the unpredictable freezes. The bit that I played was very promising, though. Really hope it'll work flawlessly now.

That's good news. I was doing the same thing as @Xpander for all the VP ports, but it's nice to see they're fixing these things. Hopefully they'll apply it to Spec Ops as well because it had the same issue.

I was having lots of freezing issues even with those taskset workarounds. Hopefully this will make the experience better.

Funny, I don't really remember having any freezes until yesterday, which started to happen every time I tried to play. Then the patch was released today :P

I played for a long half an hour yesterday and indeed I didn't experience any freezes like I used to have like every 20 min or so. FPS is quite stable for me. Catalyst 15.7.
