2) Blue like a vault jumpsuit
3) 5th album
4) Aging person (presumably the same person)
5) Number of people in the picture - III ... or is it 111?

With all the clues combined, it has to be the King's Bounty collection. :'( Yeah likely not, but I wish I could play all of them on Linux native.

Dishonoured would be nice to see too of course.

It has Tux and Apple icons on the radar though, so it's unlikely to be a game that's already available for Mac.

(Trying desperately but failing to link the clues to a LEGO game.)

Quoting: NyamiouAlso I would add that the guy who wrote this is not clean at all, he have been part of a scandal involving gaming journalists of big gaming sites colluding together on how to shape the opinion by choosing what to cover and how to cover it in a private mailing list : http://www.breitbart.com/london/2014/09/17/exposed-the-secret-mailing-list-of-the-gaming-journalism-elite/

That's reading an awful lot into a journalist asking colleagues to show some compassion towards a developer who has recently been harassed by an Internet mob out to get her.

Quoting: fleskOutland was self-published by the developer, Housemarque, on PC though, so Ubisoft didn't have anything to do with the Linux version of that game.

Ubisoft still owns the rights to Outland. Housemarque couldn't publish it on Linux without Ubisoft's consent.

As far as I can tell that only implies that they own the intellectual property. That doesn't mean they had any say in publishing of the PC versions.

Quoting: ElectricPrismMan I'm spoiled, getting used to 10x post a day, where would I go look for cool new stuff if not GOL. :(

Quoting: AnxiousInfusionThen submit an article! :P

Yes, please do! :) It's not very sustainable to rely on Liam to put out 10 articles a day in the long run, and we definitely need more contributors. On a related note, I made a forum topic a while back, asking for interest in collaborating on articles. I think it might be a good way to get people started with writing their own articles, but unfortunately no one took the bait.

Wouldn't the ultimate recognition from Ubisoft be uPlay for Linux though? ;)

Quoting: KeizgonThe only other game I can think of besides this, without uPlay (granted I don't research too much on them) that would be a treat to port over is South Park Stick of Truth by Obsidian.

Don't forget Beyond Good and Evil! It's even on GOG, and I'd love a Linux version of it.

I've had my eye on this since it was released for Windows and I would love to be able to play it on Linux. As far as I know, it uses Unity3D, so a Linux version shouldn't be too hard to make, as long as they've chosen their plugins wisely.

Another of my "most wanted Windows games" from last year, A Story About My Uncle, also recently got a Linux depot, so I hope at least one of them comes out soon, even though I really need to work on reducing my backlog of games.

No problem. I'm very tempted by that tier myself.

I also just got a response to my inquiry about a DRM free version of Pankapu: It's something they're planning, but it will likely come after the Steam release since they want to get the backer exclusive shields and weapons at the 25 € and above tiers out first.
