It seems Germany, Russia, Brazil and France are the most Linux countries. And who is that Japanese guy?

The war of the PC stores is getting ugly, as Metro Exodus becomes a timed Epic Store exclusive

Quoting: etonbearsThe developer then says that they do not believe all PC players are as closed-minded as those complaining and fans will buy the game. You also seem to think most people will buy the game, even if they complain.
I would paraphrase this: "The devs say they can do whatever they want and you'll buy their product anyway. And you must so they could get money twice, from you and from Epic Games."
Quoting: etonbearsI find the aggressive and threatening attitude displayed by some gamers over not getting exactly what they want, when and how they want it, to be deeply disturbing.
I find deeply disturbing Epic Games' aggressive and threatening way to promote yet another digital game store. They didn't developed Metro: Exodus, they didn't give money on the development, they just gave bags of money to the devs and took the game. People who pre-ordered a Steam key in digital stores will now get a key to EGS.

Epic Games could have made a PC port of some big console exclusive game for their store, like Bloodborne or Bayonetta 2, and everyone would be happy, but no, they decided to steal games from Steam.
Quoting: GuestAnd now the Dev(s) from Metro are saying that the next Metro if there is a sequel probably wont come to PC when the sales are low.
Once again: the devs agreed to sell Metro to Epic Games only because Epic Games offered them more money than they estimated to get from Steam sales. So, if nobody buys it on EGS, they still make a profit. But if nobody buys it there, EGS will start thinking: does their strategy work? It works if everyone buys Metro on EGS, and in this case they will do this again with Sekiro or other anticipated games.

New stable Steam client update is out opening the door a little wider for Steam Play on Linux

That stupid Steam deleted some big files from several Windows games, and now I have to redownload gigabytes. For example, 9 GB for Hitman 2. Over 40 GB total.

Quoting: Comandante ÑoñardoLife is Strange IS an indie game.....
For budget reasons, Indie games barely have english voices and subtitles in few languages... Because subtitles are cheap to do.
I remember Life is Strange adding cheapest spanish subtitles ONE YEAR after the release of the episode 1, confirming the INDIE nature of the game...
Indie = independent = self-funded and self-published. There were no subtitles on launch because Square Enix desided so. Usually indie games try to get as many translations as they can to become more appealing for gamers. Big publishers prefer to spend money on advertizing instead. If I make a game and translate it into Spanish with Google Translate, will it make my game AAA?

Quoting: Comandante ÑoñardoWith big games is different: AAA games have voice-over in several languages, because there is a big budget that allow to do that...
Say this to Nintendo.

Quoting: Comandante ÑoñardoI still can not explain why the Witcher 3 has Brazilian voice-over, but not Spanish.
Because, obviously, The Witcher 3 is AAA in Brazil and indie in Spain.

I still don't understand how it's more convenient than managing only one account. I have many games on Steam and use categories to divide my game library into groups by genre. BTW, Life is Strange is not an indie game, so you probably must remove it from your "indie" account and re-buy again for another one. And what if a game gets Spanish voice-over after you have bought it?

Quoting: Comandante ÑoñardoOrder... Beautiful gaming order.... Each game in the right place.
Weren't categories added to Steam for organizing games? Besides, you'll have to memorize where's that one game you want to play. Also, if you have friends on Steam, they have to add all your accounts. If you are offline, they wouldn't know where to send a message. I'm not even saying about planning co-op gaming.
