You will probably have no idea what the title is going on about so to explain a little.

One of my biggest gripes with Linux is no WYSIWYG game maker (like The Games Factory/Multimedia Fusion, Scirra Construct, Game Maker etc) that makes it easy for anyone to pick up and make games (and for lazy people like me who don't have time to learn another language).

Well one step in the right direction is the new Anaconda Runtime Extension (click me) for Multimedia Fusion 2. To quote the page:
QuoteAnaconda for Multimedia Fusion 2 is a cross-platform runtime, allowing you to export your applications and games to Windows, Mac and Linux. Since Anaconda uses OpenGL hardware acceleration, it's fast, and makes effects using GLSL shaders possible.

Things like this could give Linux a lot more interesting little indie games to play with! If only the actual program itself was ported over! It's nothing fancy looking either (something I am sure a GUI could be re-done in cross platform libs easily!), but very powerful underneath (I used MMF1 years ago when I was a full time Windows boy).

Something to ask the community, I would like a list of anything that fits the bill allowing you to create games with no programming knowledge. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.
