It is the debut title of danish developer BetaDwarf Entertainment, who are currently working hard on the game from their combined office and living quarters.

Now the developer wants to reach out to the Linux community because many users seem very involved in games that are released on that platform.

They recently started a kickstarter campaign which had a good reception. It explains their game and studio situation pretty well;

Thank you for the compliments.
Regarding if its worth it as a 1p game, our goal is actually to make the game equally good for 1, 2, 3 and 4 players, meaning it shouldn't feel dumbed down or anything when playing alone.
We're hoping it'll end up feeling sufficiently different that people can (almost) consider it 4 different games, which should prolong the longevity of the game!
