Well after randomly checking the CDR today I noticed the number had risen so looking through the list and find two little gems!
FTL and Puddle.
FTL - Already on Linux and i did ask on their forum if it would come to Steam but they wheren't too sure on when - looks like that has been sorted, a solid game this one, if you buy from their website you get a steam key and it's probably my game of the year so go get it!
Puddle - This is a new one I haven't seen before:
Dive into Puddle, a game unlike any other where you have to guide a puddle of fluid by tilting the environment to the left or right! Play carefully taking friction, gravity and temperature into account, and by using the unique properties of each type of fluid (water, oil, nitroglycerin, molten lava...) in a range of original environments.

Puddle! I really was interested in the game, but, ehm, after *cough* pirating *cough it I couldn't get it to run. Any idea when will they have the Linux version? I'd love to give them some cash for it, because the game looks interesting,

Try running it from CLI.
Then you might at least get a error message.

Sorry, neither do I, however I do not throw cash at games which only might work, and at the time no one had tested it on AppDB to test it. If I'm certain something works in Wine/will be native soon enough, I buy it, but if I'm not sure, I'd rather download it first and only buy it if it works. Seems logical, right?

Logical yes, but still illegal unfortunately ;)
I don't see why developers don't make demos, it really bugs me.

The moment they start, I'll do that instead. But I've thrown money at games that simply didn't work in Wine before, and I have no intentions of doing that again, at any point.
And while it is illegal, the devs aren't really losing any money and I'm not sharing the game further (and buying it if it works/I like it/I spend more than an hour playing it). If they wanted to, they could have simply made demos.

Btw., if anyone hasn't noticed, Humble just abandoned their values - not crossplatform, DRM'd bundle. A disappointment indeed...

But, if anyone is wondering, according to AppDB:
Saint's Row The Third doesn't work
Metro 2033 works
Darksiders has some minor glitches
RF: Armageddon nobody tested
Company of Heroes should be fine.

Wow, I clicked reply getting all ready to correct you, and... you're absolutely right.
What is this THQ garbage that the HiB guys have on their site? I'm appalled.

On a lighter note, the number on the CDR is now up to 60. I can't tell what's new though, anyone have any ideas?

Found them, it's 'Dwarfs?!' (first-time on Linux!) and Splice. Unfortunately, no executables yet, but good to know either way. I really liked the look of Dwarfs?!, but it doesn't work under Wine either.

Where did you find Dwarfs?!
In the list of my games on Steam, I just assumed that it was on the cdr as well. Either way, Tripwire has said they're porting it to Linux, so that might be why. And there is a report of another Linux-compatible game being there without having it's ValidOS set to Linux.

Just so you aren't left wondering, Red Faction Armageddon does not work under wine, I've never had any luck at all. Also, it's a rubbish game.
Please delete my above message, wasn't sure what I was doing.

Dwarfs!? is now in the CDR as well, I guess it was just that it wasn't updated at the time.
