Heavily Bullets is a highly colourful first person shooter that has been on Linux for a while, but it's now a finished game and has left early access.

It works well on Linux since I've played a fair bit of it and I have come to the startling conclusion that I am absolutely crap at it, and I love it.

You go from room to room clearing out the wild creatures all while trying to manage what little bullets and health you have. It's not just scary looking creatures, but you will also come across turrets that like to blow you up too, so you have to be quick to get around them.

One wrong move and boom you're dead.

Official About
Armed with a simple yet stylish revolver and six devastatingly plump bullets, you must reset the security mainframe to restore order and reap the rewards of a job well done. To succeed in the game, players will need to move carefully and make smart use of their bullets, items, and the environment as rushing into new areas is the fastest way to get killed in the untamed wild of the neon corridors.

It's one of the more tense games I've played lately, and I found it pretty good. I recommend headphones for a more intense experience; the heartbeat when you're low on health is very effective. :)

I should also mention they gave everyone who bought the game on Early Access received a free copy; so if anyone's interested send me a message :)

Apparently they responded to comments saying the low FoV was making people ill by adding a slider with a good range. You've got to appreciate devs who actually care about that portion of the audience (I'm lookin' at YOU, Metro Last Light!).
