It's time for another GOL Asks, and today you "What game are you looking forward to playing?". This doesn't have to be unreleased games, even one sitting in your list waiting to be played with.

Personally, I am a little torn right now. We have so many great games coming our way, and I only recently 100% finished Mordor & Bioshock so my schedule has freed up a little bit.

There's Alien: Isolation which still hasn't been confirmed by anyone, but with the recent changelog entry in the AMD Catalyst driver release + SteamDB activity it looks like it will come. Then we also have the Saints Row games I'm pretty damn excited about, as they are utterly ridiculous apparently. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

You got me interested there, for old times sake mostly...

While Alien:Isolation looks interesting enough, the top of my list of unreleased titles would be Trine 3, followed by Through the Woods. Although the first appears to be slightly underwhelming (short & fairly easy puzzles) and the second appears to be very short as well.

As for released titles, Victor Vran. Even though I haven't even bought it yet. Anyone got any ideas on how that would fare on a Radeon HD 7850? I'm afraid that won't hold out against Alien anyway...

I'm looking forward to Sword Coast Legends, I really hope that the community make some great modules for it. That's what makes me play a bit of NWN2 every now and then.
I think XCOM2 is going to be a lot of fun, I'm really looking forward to that. Want it now, in fact.

I know that the Witcher 3 is on the GamingOnLinux's release schedule for November, but is that actually confirmed? I would have thought there'd be a bit more chatter about it if that's the case, but I've seen barely anything.

It's been marketed as a future SteamOS title, but I don't remember anything resembling an official announcement with regards to the release date. I guess official Steam Machines launch date is as good a guess as any, if a bit optimistic.

I am sorry but as a long standing fast paced FPS player I am mostly waiting for UNREAL TOURNAMENT.

Other than that, Alien, Project Cars and the Witcher 3 are in my top list.

Yes.

Project Cars don't get a port.
Maybe in 1-2 years, but now not.

Read the forum on steam gamehub and the Project Cars Forum. The next Dev's how lie to his Kickstarters supporters about a Linux port.
