Definitely for today, Double Fine will get a lot of attention, because, aside from releasing the Linux port of the remastered version of Day of the Tentacle (see GoL article here), they're offering a 52% discount for the whole Double Fine Bundle on Steam.

For USD $96.52 (original price: USD $199.21) these are the games included:

- Psychonauts (+ Original Score + Original Soundtrack) (Adventure platformer)
- Brutal Legend (+ Soundtrack) (Action/adventure with real strategy elements)
- Day of the Tentacle (Remastered) (Graphic adventure)
- Grim Fandango Remastered (+ Soundtrack) (Graphic adventure)
- Costume Quest (Role playing)
- Broken Age (+ Soundtrack) (Point and click adventure)
- MASSIVE CHALICE (+ Soundtrack) (Turn-based strategy)
- Spacebase DF-9 (Space simulator)
- Hack 'n' Slash (Action/adventure)
- Stacking (Puzzle/adventure)
- Iron Brigade (not supported) (Third person shooter/Tower defense)

Some personal observations need to be made, though: there are a couple of games with not-so good reviews from Steam users, and also there is a missing title: The Cave, since it was released under a different publisher (SEGA). But either if you are a collector or somebody who has never played a game from this brilliant company, then this is the perfect opportunity to do so.

I got some Double Fine games due to their Humble Bundle, and to be honest, they were not my cup of coffee. Not Psychonauts, not Brutal Legend, not Costume Quest, not Stacking. Broken Age is fine, but there are better adventure games out there.

For my part, I already got Costume Quest 1 & 2 that my kids really enjoy.

I also got The Cave. Imo, this game is a jewel in itself... "Yes, yes! A talking cave. Don't laugh because it makes dating hell."

It sounds like a sale but it isn't. It is a crap deal actually.

If you buy the bundle you get a 50% discount on the price of all titles combined. Not now, always. Because DOTT is now on sale (40% discount), the total content of the bundle drops by €6, and therefore the bundle price drops by €3, which results in 52% discount. So instead of €98 for the bundle, you pay €95.

IMO, better wait until a Steam sale. Then all titles will be on sale, combine with the 50% bundle discount and price becomes much better than this.
