What have you been playing recently and what do you think about it?

I play Doom 2016, under proton of course, training my brain to reduce the effect of motion sickness.. 😁

Had this with Civ 5. I couldn't say anything was wrong with the game, but there was no fascination. Didn't even properly finish a single round. :(

Is that STALEKR mod available in English ? For us non Russian speakers.

Finally, I finished Starcom Nexus. At least, it's as finished as I care to play. Great game, fun space battles, but the lack of a useful map makes the final 5 hours or so a bit of a grind and frankly, I gave up caring to play on, although I still had some un-finished missions. Recommended, but it's shame about that final quarter.

They both add new enemies , NPCs , items and biomes.
And I think they work together to boot.
:P

Bought Stoneshard this weekend and played a bit. Looks like a good game so far, or at least would be after it leaves Early Access.

Also in the last month spend notable amount of time in:
-Neverwinter Nights 1 - a classical crpg.
-Majesty Gold HD - a real-time strategy "with indirect control".
-Civilization VI - a famous turn-based strategy.
-Magic: The Gathering Arena - em, a "digital collectible online card game", I think.
-King's Bounty: Crossworlds - a tactical RPG, with HoMM-like battles (well, the first King's Bounty was a forerunner of first HoMM...).

Played some Moebius: Empire Rising, tried Armello, then went back to Slay the Spire, but none of them really kept me entertained. It's time to try something new. Fortunately, my Steam library is still well stocked with new things to try.

I finally played Firewatch.

And it's awesome in so many regards, but not when it comes to length and ending. :D

Edit: I played it using the Steam Controller as it is explicitly supported.
Anyone else hated the controls?

Played through Kingdom Come: Deliverance sometime around christmas/new year, wonderful game that made it impossible for me to play "ordinary" rpgs for a little while afterwards, I wish there were a ton of similar rpgs focused on realism and historical or contemporary accuracy.

After that I went through Wolfenstein II: The New Collossus, a decent shooter but it felt pretty bleak compare to New Order/Old Blood.

Then I played through Dishonored 2 and Dishonored: Death of the Outsider, both were decently good but not quite up to the level of the original.

Currently I'm playing Fallout 4 and have finished it with one faction but plan to do the rest as well. This was a little better than expected, not nearly the quality of New Vegas but still a game worth playing.

In other words, lots of "Proton Activity" in my gaming, I think the last native game I played was Shadow of the Tomb Raider back in November.

No time to playing any game. 2 days and 2 nights (and still counting) non-stop watching our "political soap-opera" marathon (and no sign this "episode" will be ended). :P

Late to the party at 9 pages, but recently I've played The Witcher 3 modded with Ghost Mode. Great fun, and a lot more challenging than the vanilla game.

Before that I had a long stint with Stardew Valley.
