One thing all stores need is a healthy selection of games of all genres and it seems Google have started to expand the types of games they're now offering with Stadia. There's also some free play days coming for Rainbow Six Siege.
Later this week on Friday, August 13 the Stadia store will get a new category now named "Kids & family", which they will be growing into a wider selection to try and pull more people in. Here's what will be releasing with it:
- PAW Patrol Mighty Pups: Save Adventure Bay for $39.99 USD
- PAW Patrol the Movie: Adventure City Calls for $39.99 USD
- Ice Age: Scrat's Nutty Adventure for $29.99 USD
- Gigantosaurus: The Game for $29.99 USD
- DreamWorks Dragons Dawn of the New Riders for $24.99 USD
If you have Stadia Pro, the optional subscription, you will be able to claim a free copy of PAW Patrol Mighty Pups: Save Adventure Bay to play while your sub is active. Additionally, you have until Thursday, August 12 to claim Little Nightmares II on Stadia Pro.
On top of that if you have an active Stadia Pro subscription you will be able to play Rainbow Six Siege free from Friday, August 13 at 8 AM PT / 3PM UTC, until Monday August 16 at 4 AM PT / 4PM UTC. The Stadia team will be playing along with the Stadia Creators community too.
