Another month has arrived and so a fresh Humble Choice bundle is here and with it comes an absolutely fantastic game with Deep Rock Galactic.
Probably one of the absolute best online co-op games around with a huge variety where you and friends drill through everything, while also dealing with various creepy-crawlies. It works perfectly on Linux with Proton and looks pretty decent on a Steam Deck too. The rest of the included titles all work very well on Linux either via a Native build or Proton, so overall it's a good month to pick it up.
- Deep Rock Galactic + 65% off Ultimate Bundle coupon
- Necromunda: Hired Gun
- Legion TD 2
- Legends of Keepers (Native Linux)
- Lawn Mowing Simulators
- Banners of Ruin
- Yes, Your Grace
- Atom RPG Trudograd (Native Linux)
Check it out here if interested.

DRG is agreat game, picked it up in the last sale.
Unfortunately, right after that it seems they released an update that made it crash randomly for some linux users - including me :(
It's really annoying and doesn't seem to follow any pattern. Sometimes it runs perfectly for hours on end, sometimes it crashes after 5min over and over again...
And THAT is exactly why i won't buy a game for more than a few bucks without commitment from the dev for either native or at least official proton support. The 10 bucks for this game was borderline, but i did it because it had platinum for such a long time - well, so much for that...
Besides that, it really is one of the best MP-Games i've ever played. And the community is pretty reasonable, even playing with random groups is fun most of the time!
But the Humble Choice is disappointing again - didn't they justify reducing the number of games with increasing the quality? DRG is great and some of the games look interesting, but DRG is already over 2 years old and none of the other games is any highlight for me...seems i made the right choice not to renew my classic subscription after they made the trove windows-exclusive...

Quoting: TermyDRG is agreat game, picked it up in the last sale.Random crashes are happening to me now with GTFO. As soon as I set "PROTON_LOG=1 %command%" as launch option, to maybe get an idea where it locks up... it's not happening anymore. So I suspect a race condition, which is mitigated by the active logging. Maybe this works for DRG as well? Could create huge log files though :)

Wasn't aware about that env, the DRG logs show differing errors on each crash though.

Yes, Your Grace is also included in this month's Choice, I've been waiting for that! Glad I didn't just pick it up in the Steam sale. Looks like a great collection this month! It's been awhile since I've seen every game with so many positive votes on Steam, no game with less than 1000 positive votes, nice to see titles that aren't quite so obscure as some of those in the past.

Quoting: TermyBesides that, it really is one of the best MP-Games i've ever played. And the community is pretty reasonable, even playing with random groups is fun most of the time!I can second that! DRG is in my top 5 according to Steam play time. It is one of my favorite games. I know I can reliably start a public round and I will have randos drop in within minutes and I'll have a full party. And I never have to deal with jerks and griefers.
Can't say I've had crashes. Been playing a long time now. But I can say there is now a hitch a few times per match that scares me and makes me think the game is going to freeze or crash. That just started happening in the past couple weeks.
