Must remember to change my monitor settings next month, since I've finally got a second monitor on its way after almost 5 years of doing without.

I've updated my profile to reflect that I'm using Wayland now. Aside from a couple of niggles (notifications cause flickering when in a full screen app such as mpv, steam notifications appearing as all black when Steam is closed to systray {fix}, selection buffer/clipboard behaviour being inconsistent between Wayland-native windows and XWayland windows), the experience has been smooth enough that I've not felt the need to revert. I've even switched to sddm-git so I can do away with X running at all.

KDE developers know about this bug. I think it happens with fullscreen video specifically. Doesn't happen for example with Wine games.

Good to see AMD GPUs usage finally almost catching up to Nvidia! In a few months it will probably get ahead :)

Wow. I'll probably be adding to the AMD-swing sometime next year when I see about upgrading my (by then ~4 year-old) GPU.

I also wonder how (if) the Intel market share is going to be changing in the near future with their new GPUs.
