Seems a whole bunch of gamers may be quite happy over the next few years, with a fresh leak from the ongoing saga of FTC v. Microsoft showing off a bunch of games coming. Spotted by The Verge, the list is actually from 2020 so it is a bit outdated and no doubt the plans have changed since ZeniMax Media was acquired by Microsoft in 2021.

Named Titles include:

  • Fallout 3 Remaster
  • Oblivion Remaster
  • DOOM Year Zero
  • Ghostwire Tokyo Sequel
  • Dishonored 3
  • Indiana Jones

Plus there's a few unnamed secret titles:

  • Project Hibiki
  • Project Kestrel
  • Project Platinum
  • Licensed IP Game

Have to admit, the idea of a Fallout 3 Remaster has me quite excited, as possibly my favourite entry in the series. Hopefully at least some of this is still planned!

Just buy Activision and fix the old CODs and price them properly. That's all I want from Microsoft.

They still want $20 for the original 2003 COD 1, which won't even work correctly on most people's modern systems (unsupported display resolutions, directx and drivers etc.)

That's worthy of mockery.

Exactly my point. World at War's co-op and multiplayer does not work either if you bought it after a certain point, like me. I am actually a bit disappointed by Valve that they are not taking action as something not working is being sold.

Hope all of them are Multiplayer based fps with battle royale mode. I don't mind about loot boxes, today games worth much more to make, that's why some publishers had no chance but to change game prices at release date from 60 standard/ 70 deluxe to 70 standard / 80 deluxe. So, that increase of release price that is about 18% more covers the increased development? Ok, it has no logic, but their game their rules, same as EA likes to release games close to being illegal in lots of countries and directly illegal in 1 for sure, can't remember wich one, Belgium Iirr, maybe in more countries

I would love a revamped Oblivion, but I dunno if just a bit of a graphical update would do it for me. If there's more to it, my ears perk up.

What they should do is just a remaster of 1-4 of Elder Scrolls. Then again, Morrowind and Daggerfall are already practically done for them... unless they actually put them in the newer Starfield version of the engine...

I've more or less finished playing Fallout 3 for the first time and unless they fix the code to stop it crashing every five minutes, then stick with the original (cheaper), as you'll have to mod it for a stable play through anyway and there's a plethora of QOL and graphic enhancement mods to choose from.

I played through Fallout 3 (on Windows back then) and cannot remember any crashes. I didn't use mods.
