Songs of Conquest is an impressive Early Access turn-based strategy adventure game and it has a new Beta available you may want to test on Steam Deck or with a gamepad.

The developers, Lavapotion, put up an announcement on Steam, noting they've been working with Bitwave who has "been doing the heavy lifting when it comes to making sure that our game feels just as awesome in your hands as it does from a good old classic PC".

To access the Beta if you own the game on Steam go into its Properties, to the Betas tab and in the drop-down box it's the public-test-realm option. You can give them feedback in this linked forum post.

Currently the game is rated Steam Deck Playable officially from Valve, and it's also Platinum rated on ProtonDB. Hopefully these changes will help bring it up to Steam Deck Verified.

Available to buy on Steam or if you want to try it in Wine it's also on GOG.
