Want a puzzle game that's a little bit different to keep you wanting to find out more? Hazard Pay from Smitner Studio releases later this year and it sounds great.
You've received another job, it pays well but something's not right. Pack up the truck and head to the location - Your task is to clean up an accident. In this dark and mysterious block-pushing puzzler you'll navigate through a secret, hazardous laboratory complex. Discover creative methods to destroy evidence and cover up the crimes of your employer.

It's another game being built with the free and open source Godot Engine. Love seeing more developers use it. This same developer also made Rapid Rescue, an open source reinvented Labyrinth game.
The developer told me it will have Linux support and they're aiming to get it Steam Deck Verified too.
You can follow along on Steam.
Quoting: Purple Library GuyI can't help noticing that the actual game seems to consist of moving around a small space pushing things. I guess that could be fun if the puzzles are interesting? Its like Sokoban but with extra steps.......
It's kind of a pity that there's not, say, a "Steam Deck Pocket", as this is the sort of game that's ideal for quick bursts on a smaller handheld. Maybe we'll see it come to the Evercade as one of its native titles, at some point? It looks like it'd fit right in on one of their Indie Heroes compilation cartridges! (Though I have no idea if Godot supports the Evercade Linux.)
