shapez 2 is absolutely going to be a big success when it hits Early Access later this year, and you can try out the demo for a good while longer now so the developer can ensure they get it right.
It's a pure factory-building game. No aliens, no combat, just you and your conveyor belts spreading across a huge map. The first game in the series had a great idea with you cutting up shapes to make different shapes, and this simply builds upon the basics of it in a much more visually rich setting, along with plenty of new game mechanics.

Currently no changes are planned for the demo, as the developer continues working on the full game. They are working through feedback to improve various areas of the game like the reusability of shapes and production lines. Thankfully the dev said there was "very little negative feedback" so overall they're onto something good.
As of late last week, the demo had been played by over 109,477 unique people - impressive.
The Native Linux demo is available on Steam until March 25th.
