GOverlay, the app you can use if you want a UI to manage overlays like MangoHud has a new release out that upgrades its insides and fixes some bugs. While MangoHud is pretty darn easy to configure, since it's just a text file, GOverlay is useful for those who just quickly want to tick some boxes.

What the developer said has been improved in 1.0.1 and 1.1.1:

  • New: We've given our toolkit a snazzy upgrade to QT6.
  • New: Check out our shiny new icon and application logo!
  • FIX: Say goodbye to issues with changing FPS color—it now saves your config like a champ.
  • FIX: That pesky pcidev config option? Yeah, it's sticking around now.
  • FIX: Ever set AF filter or Mipmap filter to 0 and felt like it did nothing? Fear not, they'll now actually disable those filters as intended.
  • FIX: No more wandering windows—the main goverlay window now sits smack dab in the center of your desktop.
  • Cheers to smoother sailing and more streamlined experiences ahead!
