Developer melessthanthree has today released the Randomizer update for Death of a Wish, which amongst new features brings in Native Linux support.

What it is? Death of a Wish is a vicious action-RPG where style is salvation. Fight your way through a nightmare filled with horrifying monsters and terrifying people. Master brutal attacks and flashy combos as you struggle against the Corruption consuming you with style and grace. The graphical style is certainly unusual. Giving you what looks like a sketch-book in motion there's really nothing else like it.

As announced on Steam the new update: "The Randomizer Update adds a new mode that allows players to experience the Nightmare like never before! This mode allows players to replay the entire game with randomized enemy and item placements, including randomized starting equipment.

Take on the game in brand new ways by mastering different combat styles and managing unpredictable encounters. No two playthroughs will be the same, so it's almost like trying the game from scratch!"

Nice to see more developers do full Linux support. It has full controller support too and should be a good one on Steam Deck for gaming on the go.

You can buy it on Steam now.
