I watched an excellent video about Conquests of the Longbow recently - I'd never even heard of it before then!

Yeah, it's good! It was written by Christy Marx.

GOG has a manual with interesting history of the game and very cool art.

I still remember being turned into a cookie for the first time, playing King's Quest I, when I was six or seven.

Let that be a lesson to you: never get caught while trying to push a cannibal witch into an oven.
Wow this looks epic!

I would love to hear about the Caesar III series, also I see Half Life + HL Blue Shift and some Spyro Games. I know their logo as well as the Sega Genesis startup screen.

Edit: Speaking of documentaries, Highly recommend the HL Unforseen Consequences Documentary -- also the unreleased game Ravenholm documentary was really interesting too both by Noclip

I used to live right behind them in Oakhurst Ca. on Victoria Ln with an old girlfriend that used to work there stuffing boxes with game disks and instructions LOL... I havent heard from her in years, but found out that her dad still had a closet full of those old games still in their original package LOL.

Proly worth allot of money these days :).

Scenarios like these make me curious what the tax deduction value is to donate to a museum. Like one a year, and whether that value would surpass what it could sell for on auction or the open market.

That's really cool! Small world.

May be they will make other documentary about Impressions Games with Mike Gingerich, Keith Zizza and Chris Beatrice?
They were Sierra games that made my teenage years. Lord of Magic <3

Would love to see Gabriel Knight 4, or even series based on it. This documentary will suffice for now 😅
