The gameplay involves guiding mindless cultists throughout 23 levels overcoming environmental and enemy based puzzles by mutating the cultists giving them many fantastic eldritch abilities."

I feel like playing this could give me interesting ideas for foes when running my tabletop fantasy game. Whatever it's like as a game, the art and ideas are pretty interesting and frightening.
Damn this animation goes hard. Just watching the trailer put me in a headspace.
