Ready for something a bit different? Lorn's Lure is a 3D atmospheric narrative first-person parkour platformer with an interesting climbing system. The developer recently revealed that it's going to release on September 20th.

More: "Leaving his home colony while tracking a mysterious glitch, an android finds himself in the midst of a vast and dangerous structure, completely hidden from his people's knowledge. Unable to go back, you must keep going to find out where he is being led... And why he left in the first place."

I also missed that it had a new demo update back at the end of July which is still up now, so it's worth a look. Check out the release date trailer below:

I saw a gameplay of this in the Alpha Beta Gamer channel some months ago. Loved the atmosphere & really looking forward to its release.

Watched a video about this a few months ago. Felt totally inspired by the world in the manga BLAME. Looking forward to it.
Nice. I just tried the demo and the atmosphere is cool. The music and ambient sound really help fill out the minimalist graphics. Native linux build runs perfectly for me.

It does feel a bit open and empty, but that could be what they are aiming for. I will wait to see what the reviews look like when the full game comes out. I like atmospheric games if they have enough sense of progression.
