Valve updated Proton Experimental for Steam Deck and Desktop Linux again, bringing in the usual assortment of bug fixes.
For the August 8th update here's the titles noted to be now playable:
- Flatout 3
- Banyu Lintar Angin
- Owl Observatory Demo
- Dinner with an Owl
- Sword of Convallaria.

Plus the rest of the fixes and improvements:
- Added a warning that appears in Proton Log for systems that have low file descriptor limit (e.g. non-systemd distributions).
- Fixed RAID: World War II randomly hanging on start.
- Fixed Strip Fighter ZERO not starting on some setups.
- Fixed Undecember not being playable after a recent game update.
- Fixed Proton Experimental regression that caused Space Engineers to display black screen instead of the intro video.
All the details can be seen in the changelog. This follows on from the update from August 1st that had plenty of game fixes including The Finals, Starfield and more.
