Steam VR
  • Fixed an issue where the Linux VR interface would show the incorrect UI

Performance-wise it was nice to have the old UI back... feature-wise not.
Glad this one is fixed.

Curious if this will fix popup dialogues showing on the wrong monitor. (friend alerts, the window, when you press the bell in steam)

I like Valve and they are generally good, but I usually don't really bother with reporting issues anymore, as they usually end up being ignored. They are usually good at responding to proton issues but steam issues do not seem to get looked at often. There was also those CSGO/CS2 issues that were reported and took months to fix which isn't a good look.

Btw, those using OSV Advanced Settings, looks like it broke recently, probabyl with a Steam Runtime upgrade that's included in the beta. The issue is reported here, a fix is to install and set the Steam-Play-None compatibility tool.
