Mojang have today released Minecraft Java 1.21.4 'The Garden Awakens' update for everyone, bringing with it some fun new toys and a new biome to carefully explore.

In this update you'll find the new Pale Gardens biome which is quite creepy. It's here you'll find the new hostile mob, the Creaking. This strange mob spawns at night in the new biome, and it basically acts like a Weeping Angel from Doctor Who where it won't move if you're looking at it. You'll need to find and destroy a new block, the Creaking Heart, to take it down. Another fun feature of this biome is that ambient sounds come from blocks inside the biome, and any music playing will fade-out when you enter it. Ultra creepy vibes.

There's also numerous new blocks that arrive with it like Pale Oak which comes along with its own Pale Oak Logs that can be crafted into a full woodset including a door, fence, planks, signs and more. There's also the new Eyeblossoms flowers, Pale Moss, Pale Hanging Moss and more.
