The devs of art of rally, Funselektor Labs along with Strelka Games have announced over the hill, a new offroading exploration sim where you can bring a friend along for the ride.
With graphics quite similar to art of rally, they're not going for realism but sticking with the colourful style they're known for and I think it looks wonderful. They're continuing the nostalgia trip too with it focusing on the "golden age of offroading" they say that gives you access to "iconic vehicles from the 60s to 80s".

It seems you'll probably need Proton to play it on Linux.

Boo. I really loved Art Of Rally on the Deck, and I'd like to pay full price for this one, but if it's Windows-only then I'm not gonna.

This looks like it's going to be AWESOME. Immediately shoots up high on my wishlist. Perfect Deck game as well.

I enjoy driving games, and I love games that let me explore at my own pace. I'll use the lack of native Linux support as an excuse to continue my "no new games until the backlog shrinks" campaign, but they're not making it easy.
