I was recently sent an interesting little script that will compare a downloaded list of your Steam games, with the Wine AppDB to show you a list of what you can expect to be able to play with Wine.
The latest Wine development release is now available and it looks like quite a quiet one for us, nothing truly major. It does have some new features and some notable bug fixes for games.
The Wine Staging team has put out their 2.11 release and it comes with some interesting fixes. They've done some adjustments to help run GTA 5 and The Witcher 3.
Wine 2.10 has release recently and this release is one of the less exciting releases for Linux gamers. I imagine the Wine-Staging release isn't far behind now too.
Wine Staging has released their 2.8 build of Wine with their usual assorted enhancements. This release should fix Starcraft 1 support and also run Star Wars: The Old Republic better.
Topware have been going over their games and giving them Wine-ports where possible. Septerra Core & Jack Orlando are two titles that were previously given this treatment on Steam, but now GOG too.
