Tips for fixing sound with PulseAudio

Not sure if anyone knows this but if certain games for example ports from when loki was around no longer have sound then you need to run the "padsp" command before you run the game which forces it to use OSS sound :).

So as a quick example in terminal:
padsp ./gamename

Games it has fixed for me:
CortexCommand BETA
Shadowgrounds from LGP

Re: Tips for fixing sound with PulseAudio

The only command I use to solve the "pulseaudio" issue is :

sudo apt-get purge pulseaudio

Problem solved !
