My pick for this weekend is Air Zonk (TurboGrafx-16) - a side-scrolling cute-'em-up that's part of a far-future spin-off of the Bonk platform-game franchise.
Since the developers of the Bonk series were also responsible for games like Gate of Thunder, this works better than it might sound!
It looks colourful and quirky, and should hopefully be a good time - it certainly seems good so far.
I didn't know that Uncle Fester played baseball.
Hahaha!
That is actually MLB legend and Hall of Famer Joe Torre who I will admit does look sick in the game.....
But as you can see on his Wikipedia page....... He actually looks more like a Mafia boss you would see in movies or on TV.......
Yeah its confirmed...... The stupider the joke the more you like it........

Riichi Mahjong - mahjong causes great damage to the human spirit without a single benefit
Blue Revolver: Double Action - This has been sitting in my Steam library and I saw it got a big update. Learning how to play a shmup is on my bucket list, but so far I cannot get any further than stage 4 on the lowest difficulty. Very fun though, and banger OST.
Also went down to Round 1 earlier this week, haven't been in years. Played a few rounds of Wacca, Chunithm, Arcana Heart, and Chaos Code.

Initially had a few issues with dosbox (I'm on LMDE) but after a few configurations (and restarting cinnamon after each play) I was really hooked!!
Also been playing Resident Evil 2 on Duckstation, both games are really hard but satisfying!
