Puzzle Moppet now on Gameolith!

By -
Gameolith my favourite new little Linux store has added another game which our readers should be familair with....Puzzle Moppet!

Looks like these guys are going to be a serious contender in the market place if they keep adding games in such rapid succession, much better than buying from the USC and then being locked to Ubuntu!

Priced at $14.95, quite high for an Indie game but it is a good little game and well worth the price, go buy now! Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Desura has the advantage of already having considerable contact with the Indie community, but thanks to excellent level of service that Gameolith offers, including custom packaging, sales tracking and the like means it might just be able to corner the market on smaller Indie titles. I doubt we will see the likes of Penumbra, Amnesia, Shadowgrounds, or Trine on their service anytime soon, but games like Puzzle Moppet and the like do seem a good fit.

Well i wouldn't count them out, if they can show good sales numbers.

It will be interesting to see if Gameolith is able to do anything to distinguish itself from Tux Games of Linux Game Publishing or any of the other small online Linux game stores. There's also Desura and Steam forthcoming that it has to compete with as well as Ubuntu's growing Software Center.
