Haunts: The Manse Macabre

Another Kickstarter looking for your support, but this one promises Windows/Mac/Linux from the get go.

The game itself:
Haunts: The Manse Macabre is a turn-based game for PC/Mac/Linux that allows players to take control of either the haunting denizens that have earned this infamous home its dire reputation or as the intrepid intruders determined to pry loose the Tyree Manse’s dread secrets. It can be played versus another player or versus the AI, online or all alone. A lengthy single-player campaign tells the house’s horrifying history and unlocks new denizens and intruders to use in the game. Scores of maps combined with variable goals, customizable rosters, and a variety of opponents offer endlessly unique and re-playable games.

It actually looks like it could be a lot of fun, certainly different to a lot of Platformers we seem to get (yes I went there again, we get a lot of platformers!).

Note to self, add a Kickstarter prefix
Note to the devs of said game - It should be Windows/Mac/Linux, PC != Windows Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Their code will be released with BSD license. Kickstarter page doesn't say that it's DRM free, but I will ask them.
(Will be difficult to DRM it with free code.)

I went to their site and found this screenshot. Looks very classy to me.

I will back this one if it's DRM-free.

An update on "Jane Jensen's Moebius and Pinkerton Road Studio" Kickstarter. A Linux port if the Kickstarter reaches $400K. Currently at $372,902 with 47 hours to go. Link: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1005365109/jane-jensens-pinkerton-road-2012-2013-csg

@ Alex:

Judging from the pitch, it's an asymmetric turn-based two-player game where one player controls the haunted mansion with its denizens (chosen in secret) and the other player controls the intruders/heroes (also chosen in secret). The intruders have a secret victory condition, for example recovering and artifact, cleansing the house or solving a mystery. It sounds like there will be combat, maneuvering, magical powers, fog of war, map changing and spying (getting to know something that you know that the other player knows that you know, but do they know that you know that they know that you know?)
