OpenXcom 0.4.5 released!

By -
OpenXcom is a favourite open source project of mine, it's an open source engine that can run the original X-Com game (You can buy that on Steam here to copy over the data files).

They have just released version 0.4.5 sporting a massive amount of bug fixes.

One not to be missed folks, the original X-Com is a classic! Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

I played original one many years ago.
see into ufo-ai. Nice graphics, prolly 80% of original game content is implemented, some improved(autosell, networked games, etc), rest 20% will be done at some stage(no minitanks on map yet, no smart bombs, no reaction fire for bazooka).

graphics based on original 1 quake engine, that was strongly modified.
