Not a bad deal this time around. I sure hope dungeon defenders has been fixed up though it's launch for Linux in another bundle was riddled with show stopping bugs which is a common thing with Humble launches sadly. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Right after announcing the bundle, they said this:

Quoting: @humblesupportAlong with the bundle launch we have a Windows and Mac update for Dungeon Defenders. Linux version will be available shortly.
Let's just hope that it's shortlier than the Mac/Linux release of Vessel on HIB 6. :P

On a side note, my Steam Linux Library has Dungeon Defenders in it now. It's under a password-protected Beta, which I really hope means the developers are looking into Linux gamer's issues with DD. Past several months nothing has been going on in the Icculus bugzilla regarding DD, but today there are some new bugs added and even some resolved issues.

It'd be a real shame if only Ryan Gordon was working on it, without any of the original developers helping out.

There is hope -- I don't think Valve would have approved the Linux BETA if there wasn't some progress on getting it working properly at least on Ubuntu (did anyone ever get it running right after the original bundle with it? I gave up after every other boot up I was forced to watch the entire intro because my keys weren't responding).

Can't say this bundle is particularly exciting, though Beat Hazard and Super Hexagon were welcome additions to my Steam list.

When DD wouldn't crash for me, I would be able to play some levels. Problem was that the mana couldn't be picked up, and the mouse was really weird. I couldn't turn around, and the keyboard keys would only strafe left or right. Couldn't move straight or back. I really hope they fix that mess with this release... My old humble bundle 7 page still shows DD as being the old one, no update.

Alright, I downloaded all the games except DD and I've tried them all a little. While there's no exceptional one outshining all the others, I quite enjoyed Dynamite Jack, Solar 2 and (particularly) NightSky. Let's see what other BTA surprises await us...

I'm still hoping that the "no face" bug in Torchlight might get fixed someday, though the hope is not very strong at this point.
