I'm a little late on this as the games author oddly put the notes in a comment on the Desura page rather than a news item.
QuoteVERSION 1.0.4 (18th March 2013):

Added Achievements (Beta)
Added Bonuses
Changed Loading Screen

Improved Ai animation
Improved De-spawning object fade
Improved Overall gameplay
Improved Player controls and movement
Improved Preformance

I've personally played some before this patch and it was pretty decent for a start, if it gets expanded and continued it could really be awesome.
I love the visual style of the game. I hope the author keeps it up and continues to add to it!
It's 20% off right now, so for me its £4.79 and I personally think it's worth it, good time killer!

Oh, I thought there was a new release and I rushed to open my Desura client even before reading the article... :S:
Yeah, I upgraded it some days ago but didn't play it for long so I didn't notice much difference. What I DID notice was that this release broke the Desura launcher somehow and now I can only play Livalink if I launch it from the console. :(

Quoting: muntdefemsOh, I thought there was a new release and I rushed to open my Desura client even before reading the article... :S:If you rename the file from Livalinkwhatever to Livalink, the desura launcher works again.

Quoting: muntdefemsNo problem, I looked at the launcher options to see if I could figure out what was going on, saw that it was looking for Livalink and renamed the file based off that. (Though i seriously can't remember what the extra part was now)Quoting: avarisclariIf you rename the file from Livalinkwhatever to Livalink, the desura launcher works again. As easy as that. FYI, the original file was Livalink.x86 ;) (I presume you have a 32bit system, haven't you? In my case they're 2 files: Livalink.x86 and Livalink.x86_64)

Quoting: muntdefemsI was, I'm on 64 again (finally switched to arch and the 32 version for some reason didn't like my computer)Quoting: avarisclariNo problem, I looked at the launcher options to see if I could figure out what was going on, saw that it was looking for Livalink and renamed the file based off that.
