Receiver was created for the 7-day FPS challenge to explore gun handling mechanics, randomized levels, and unordered storytelling. Armed only with a handgun and an audio cassette player, you must uncover the secrets of the Mindkill in a building complex infested with automated turrets and hovering shock drones.

not sure if its instant death or not, so from 1st shot that hits you, if thats the case I think I would be frustrated really fast.

From what I remember, you do have some kind of threshold, so you can sometimes take a couple of hits before dying.

Really though, this is just a tech demo of how you can implement real gun play mechanics into a game.
