The developers at InterWave have said publicly that Nuclear Dawn for Linux is infact not a myth and will be coming to Linux still, we first told you about this in January I hope you didn't forget about it!
Looks like they aren't the only developer waiting on Valve to be able to publish their games on Linux, a smilair story for the developers of the Insurgency FPS game who are waiting on CS:GO Linux.

Looking at reviews the game itself has good scores so looks like another good game!
QuoteWe are still looking into this. At a minimum, it will not happen until at least a few weeks after the L4D2 linux version is no longer beta.

I'm curious as to why they mention L4D2. Is the game based on it or Source SDK? or the developer porting Nuclear Dawn to Linux is also working for Valve on porting L4D2 (and thus needs to finish working on L4D2 before ND)?

@abelthorne Yup, it's a Source Engine. I don't know if they're helping valve with L4D2, I doubt it. Game looks good though =)

They probably need L4D2 to be finished so they have a reference point for porting their game. Whether or not they have the entire access to L4D2 code or not, I don't know. However, I'm sure they have some access to the game's coding (enough to necessitate waiting on its final release).
