Paradise Perfect Boat Rescue is an interesting title from Calvin French (@psysal the developer of The Real Texas), the game is just as the title may suggest, boat around and save people from islands!

It's on my 'weird little indie games I just HAVE to play' list I think.

I did speak to the developer on twitter a few times to be sure and yes it is still coming to Linux:

@gamingonlinux Yes, I'll release Chapter 3 and then the Linux version! Chapter 3 is feature heavy so time has been allocated a certain way.

The official website states it as well so good news to all future Hero's! Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

The first time I heard about this game was when I came across this gif. Which still makes me smile.

Will be interested to check it out more closely when it's available :D

Haha, wow, never knew about this one.  The Real Texas is so bloody weird... like an 8-bit 3D action RPG meets point-n-click adventure game (and that's the least weird part).

If Paradise Perfect Boat Rescue is half as weird as TRT, then it's another must-have, for those of us who are perversely drawn to odd indie titles :D
