I saw iton Steam as it was released and I am very interested, I like detective games very much!

I preordered it around $20, and at www.findmyorder.com entered my order number + password. And all I get to download is a 300x220 jpg file… I tried to contact them twice, but they always send automatic dumb and obvious instructions, do you guys know how I may contact them, or what's wrong and how to fix my problem?

Nevermind, I advice you not to use their store even if "DRM free". There is a download limit, you can only download your link up to 5 times and no steam key

finally they gave me a steam key, which is nice, and reset my "5 times limit" which is pretty nice
