Air Conflicts - Experience top combat action in this brand new arcade flight sim and become immersed in the exploits of famous aircraft carriers. The developers have stated they expect it to hit Linux in a few weeks.

They stated all of this lovely news on their Steam forum post:
QuoteSorry for entering this discussion so late - we were severely swamped with finalizing the production of Air Conflicts: Vietnam and things have been very rough here (as always during the final months:) ).

Anyway, let me explain. The game is available on Linux/Mac; however, it was not officially launched yet. Linux/Mac versions should be already done, we are waiting for the approval from publisher and subsequent launch, which I hope will happen really very soon. I don't know why it shows up for Linux/Mac as it was not yet launched, we will check with the publisher if they have made some mistake perhaps (or if we did:) ).

And then:
QuoteIt is in all interest to release it out asap indeed. I hope we can get the approval by end of this week, so it possibly can be released in the upcoming week, or so? But that's quite optimistic, these things always take time :).

Realistically - I would say in the next few weeks (3 weeks to be my guess)

So fly-boys (and girls of course it's just a saying don't shoot me), are you ready to earn your wings on Linux?

Funny that Phoronix picks it up just after we do and doesn't credit us when it obviously came from us...been sitting on my to-cover list for days.

This is their publisher let's make sure this publisher knows we are worthy of even more of their ports

Don't worry too much about Phoronix.  We'll just keep making cool content, keeping up with crowd-funding, and continue focusing on games.  The community is too small to get into that B.S., and there's room for everyone to succeed, if we work at it.  Pointing it out, even if they are in the wrong, can only come off looking petty.  Getting ranty on their comment thread probably wasn't exactly necessary.

By now, people know what they're getting over there... possibly incredible insider scoops, lots of hyperbole, and a fairly low hit-to-miss ratio.  What they find here is a constant stream of relevant gaming articles, a friendly community, and the integrity to "fess up" when we mess up.  Gamers will find us, and they will stay!

Also, we already get all the indie scoops first!  It's only upwards from there.  :)

TL;DR ... Stiff upper lip, Liam!  Stay on the high road!

Meh I will always point out when Phoronix does things that annoy me, it's just me ;)

At least you didn't list this game as a "flight simulator" haha.

Nice! Will definitely buy this one. Just a shame I didn´t buy it on the summer sale when it was 75 % off. But hopefully it will be worth 28 €.
