The developers of Natural Selection 2 the FPS/RTS hybrid that puts humans against aliens have stated the game should hit Linux this September!
They stated it very clearly too;

This is probably a game I will personally be spending a fair amount of time on, we don't really have a game like it yet (Unvanquished is close but far from finished).

Very excited. I've had a brief play on the windows version and its a great game.

Yep, really looking forward to this one. I held off on the summer sale for a linux version, but the level of quality here means that I won't mind paying full price when it becomes available.

Well, I heard a lot of people talking about it so I got very interested, the graphics are very beautiful and the FPS/RTS mix attracts me even more!
