Goscurry is a small, hard game, developed by Daniele Giardini with beats by Isak J Martinsson, where you must relax and follow the rhythm (except for speedfreak modes, where things go crazy). Try to go as far as you can by piloting a ship on an infinite road, suspended over a stylized and eerie landscape, while taking sharp corners, evading hazards, and delivering packages around.
It's currently in beta and available at $4.50 from their Humble Store widget.

The developer said this about the new mode:
QuotePARANOID mode is based on the PRO mode and will mess up your brain obstacle-wise and audio-wise, so you'll need at least a PRO highscore of 200,000 to unlock it (I actually set it at 500,000 before being convinced to lower it). That's all practice :)
New Features
- PARANOID mode (needs a PRO highscore of at least 200,000 to unlock)
- Ship changes appearance when turbo is active
- Average score (per mode) statistic
- Visual indicators in case you get a better highscore or average score at the end of a run
- Ship uses a different movement update, which should make it run smoother
- Added THANKS and HOMAGES pages to CREDITS panel
- Added many more avatars (and one of them is the aforementioned pixie)
- Gameover map looks better when zoomed
- Camera behaves way better, and should now be perfect on all modes
- You can now press SHIFT+F to display the FPS and internal memory usage
