Immerse yourself in a unique and challenging underground adventure! Knytt Underground (Desura Link, also on GamersGate but it's not confirmed if the Linux version is on there yet) is the latest iteration in the critically acclaimed Knytt series. It takes place in the same universe as Knytt Stories, the renowned indie game from Nicklas Nygren, a.k.a. 'Nifflas'.

I have heard very good things about this game and the reviews on desura give it 9.5/10 as well so looks well worth the £6.99 asking price.

I played the demo 9 months ago, and liked it a lot.  I did experience some slow-down with lots of, e.g., water droplets - maybe I should check the latest version.  But it's on my waiting-list for buys :)

I picked this up for PS3+Vita, and I love it. It's not for everyone, but I really dig it. Nifflas gave me free access to the Linux version after verifying I owned it on the PSN, which was mighty nice of him to offer (in his forums).
