Probably Archery is the full version of a 7 Day FPS game jam entry. Based on the overwhelming number of people who played the version they made in less than a week. They contacted us to let us know!

Originally built for the 7DFPS game jam this August, we were overwhelmed by the positive response it received and had to build a larger version.

The game’s unique control scheme in which you rotate the joints in your arms to grab, nock, aim, draw and fire arrows led to over 100 videos of people playing the game with hilarious results including sites like Giant Bomb; as well as the reductive, but useful shorthand description “QWOP and Surgeon Simulator meet archery”. The full version adds numerous single player challenges, multiplayer modes, Oculus Rift support and Razer Hydra support.

The game is available for pre-order now through our friends at the Humble Store and the full version is set to be released in March 2014. The current demo is, and final version will be available for Windows, Mac OSX and Linux.

Looks pretty interesting, our caster Samsai has a key so hopefully you will see a video from him in future on this as well.
