I highly recommend this one, the price is worth it and the sale price is a bargain.

Bargains for me start at $10 or less. None of the sale rebates have pushed Prison Architect down to this price, so I'm waiting for now. Got Europa Universalis 4 for $10 the other day and that is plenty of game to play until then :)
