Comparing percentages is pointless since you don't have the number of users they are attached to... Steam has a huge number of users and it's actually a miracle that linux users managed to put a 1% dent in it. For all we know that tiny fraction could be significantly larger than anything Humble Store can offer. Considering the store is a recent addition and doesn't get nearly as much coverage as the bundles, it's easy to say that the exposure Steam provides for new releases is much greater and would lead to more sales.

This looks fun, but if it isn't available in a non-drm form, I'll have to pass as well. Software like Steam is one of the reasons I left the Windows platform years ago for Linux.

Valve posted a short time ago that they have above 65 Million Users. So you have at least a minimum of 650.000 Linux Users using Steam. Which is IMHO a nice number already.
