Not sure how this one passed us by! Kingdom Rush are looking for Linux testers to help iron out bugs for their soon to arrive game.
The game itself looks like a pretty fun game for fans of the tower defence genre. With some lovely 2D art mixed with good music and sound effects.
Looks like it has more traditional strategy than just tower defence too, with units you can send out to help too.

Yeah, the flash version wasn't balanced very well. Pretty basic and easy. The Android version on the other hand - woah. Super hard. Hopefully they've found a bit of balance with this one.
It's a great TD game and Linux needs more TD. The world needs more TD!

I'm so happy about this, I applied to be a Beta Tester for the Linux version and am super excited about it, have played the Flash version and the Android version to the fullest. Can't wait to get the Steam for Linux version. :)
